I spent a year there. For me it was bearable for 3 months or so.
...and don't think Kalifornistan has a corner on the jack booted thug market..."He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog.
You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart.
You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion."

I loved living in AZ and plan to return when I retire. I lived most of the time in rural Yavapai County and liked the climate in the desert better than the high country.
You guys always complain about the heat but it's really not a problem. I worked as a hot roofer in Phoenix for a couple of years. In the summertime we started early and quit early.People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

Welcome from Phoenix. Relocated last year (early May) from San Diego. Be prepared to have your sinuses completely dried out shortly after you arrive (desert boogers and all that) and start thinking about what you want to CCW and how you will CCW it (i.e, holsters). Also, make sure residence and car AC are 100% -- it hit 118 degrees here last year in late June...Comment
