+1 for Tactical Link. Not cheap, but great quality. I bought one sling, and an attach point (Z360) for each of my carbines.
And yeah, if you don't have a vest or at least a collared shirt or something else that will keep the sling off your neck, it's like being an a car with an irritatingly high-riding shoulder harness on the seat belt. Annoying.
