I have a couple, but then again I'm not an idiot and don't plan to use them at a public range. The consensus around here is that they might be illegal, but no one wants to be the test case. Some feel that they are a "multi-burst trigger activating device", while others feel that they are just a trigger with a short reset. To each his own, but proceed with caution

Use the search feature. There's already a few threads discussing this.

Damnit! I knew I was forgetting something when I woke up today. Thank you for the reminder! It won't happen again.

Because of CA's multi-burst trigger activator laws, they are considered to be illegal in CA.

Are you willing to be arrested for a felony, have your property confiscated, be jailed and spend $30,000+ in legal fees in order to test that consideration?

Again, this is YOUR opinion, and not based on any court ruling or DOJ opinion. I swear, if Heller or McDonald had ever posted their thoughts on Calguns, the metric ton of pseudolegal sh*t opinions dropped on them would have made them stay home and not fight for change.

Although its a huge grey area here in Cali...The Tac-Con 3MR Trigger the way it works it totally legal. The Trigger resets after every shot, its just a really short reset.
My Geiselle Super-Dynamic 3gun trigger with 3.5lb trigger does the same thing. Both the Tac-Con and Geiselle sd-3g triggers will increase your rate of fire.

So if you do purchase one of those triggers don't go to a public/private range and start blasting away. Find some BLM land and go have some fun.

My opinion stems from discussing it with a Riverside County Assistant District Attorney and how she would view it.

However, since CA DOJ has not stated anything official, it is up to the 58 DAs to decide on how they perceive the item.

The conclusion is try it at your own risk.

Oh the ignorant.. sounds like a failure to understand how something works.. like ghost guns and 30 caliber clips..

did you try to explain to your friend how it works?
