You won't regret going for the Big Horn for your stated needs!
You're getting more than twice the safe for less than twice the money of those you linked!
Bolt it to the floor too!

So you're going to store $5,000+ of guns, cash, gold, etc in a tin can you bought for $400?

With a few simple hand tools, I can open up either of the ones you shared.

With electricity... fast and with minimal effort.

Neither will do anything for you in the event of a fire.

Get a REAL safe, or don't bother. $1,200+

A $100 cabinet is better than nothing, but I wouldn't store more than a few guns in one.

electronic locks SUCK. uber convenient, but I've known 2 people that have had to have their safes drilled because the electronic lock stopped working- one at the 8 year mark, the other at around 9 years IIRC; don't remember brands

I have a friend that has had a "Big Horn" from Costco for 4 years now and she likes it.

Visalia Safe Company from Exeter CA (pictured below) or a Sturdy Safe from Fresno CA. Both are excellent manufactures of quality safes.

Do whatever it takes to avoid the electronic lock !

It appears this local company still uses standard combination locks. I've never dealt with them so have no recommendations except to avoid electronic locks .

If you decide on the " bighorn" safe with the electronic lock. Keep us posted on how long it took to break ! It is a poor value, even if it is free !

Years back I bought 2 moss berg portables with electronic keypads, both keypads screwed up and made the safes worthless !
