Bringing down Botach Tactical HELP!

I don't think any of that is relevant unless you believe consumers should be sheep and just go along with crappy service. If Botach can't handle the consumer business they why are they in it at all? Either do a good job or quit screwing consumers and get out of the consumer retail business. -
There are multiple Gall's stores in SoCal and in fact started in Long Beach, not too far away from Botach.Originally posted by MrEdWe are lucky here in Norcal we have a Gall store , and if you have to buy some 5.11's and need some adjustments done to them it will take em all of 20 minutes to do that . If the item is not in stock they will order it for you right away and call you as soon as it has arrived . Now THAT is a store you can support .Expert firearms attorney: https://www.rwslaw.com/team/adam-j-richards/

Fair enough, he's free to run his buisness however he pleases. So let me modify:Originally posted by UnknownassailantI know B.K. Botach and he isn't too keen on non LEO's calling in orders but whatever works. Cheers.
Lessons learned: if you are an LEO do not use the website, only call and make damn sure what you want is in stock. If you are not an LEO, bugger off. Botach does not want your money. Take it somewhere else you civilian scum.* Freedom is the human right to live your life however you damn well please, so long as you don't interfere with another's right to do the same.

Let me just ask, did you know about their poor CS before you ordered from them? If so, why did you still give them your business? If not, disregard.NRA Benefactor Life Member

This is a neat thread. I'd be very interested in the outcome of Yahoo turning away Botach's business as a customer and vendor for the Yahoo Stores theme.
I ordered from them and it took forever, but I finally got my stuff and it was as advertised. However, because of the waiting time, I'd rather go elsewhere for my next orders.

I ordered succesfully from Botach several times, always ordering from their sale emails, which don't say squat about LEO only or anything else.
I then ordered some stuff from their regular website, not from the sale emails, and it didn't work at all. No replies to repeated emails, no answer at the phone, no shipment of goods.
Abysmal service. I would absolutely never recommend buying from them when there are many companies who care about keeping customers.
Just my opinion...
