So the first Friday of January I was helping my brother move out of his house and into storage; escrow hadn't closed on the new house. And, everything went just fine.

Fast forward to this last Thursday. My brother got a call from LASO asking him if he had left his guns under the front seat of the Uhaul truck he had rented. He told them that he knew where his gun; yeah he only owns one, was and that he was pretty sure that I had left mine at home.

LASO told him: OK we are just going down the list of people who rented that truck so we can return their guns; have a nice day.

From now on every time I rent a Uhaul truck I will be sure to look under the front seat

99% positive i found a crack pipe behind the seat of the last uhaul i rented. between my brother, me and the uhaul people we all thought it was something unusual.
