Good to hear that it was taken care of properly, even with the time frame.

I sent in my P229R back to Sig in July 2013 because of a frame defect. The CSR said "60 days on average." After that another CSR said "3 months or more for replacements."

Now, I live in a bad part town so... I Only have one gun (the one I sent), and Without a backup, I guess i'm S.O.L!

        Your Welcome
And what happened to the recent thread where you were ripping on them?

Except he's been bashing Sig mostly until now. Bizarre..
I do believe that, where there is only a choice between cowardice and violence, I would advise violence... I would rather have India resort to arms in order to defend her honour than that she should, in a cowardly manner, become or remain a helpless witness to her own dishonor. -- Mahatma Ghandi

He saw the light with the SEI lawsuit and changed his tune.

My experience has been great with sig customer service but that was years ago.

Did that original Sig post get deleted? That was the first time I ticked someone off here.

Smith Enterprise is sueing a guy because he posted a rumor (something he heard from "they") on another forum. Doesn't apply here and I'm sure it was meant as a joke.

What the .... Weren't you the guy ripping on them a few weeks back, stating that you had lost your confidence in them? Talk about bi-polar.

Nope, SIG changed thier stance on the issue, but you've gotta go through an FFL.
