You cant sell them assembled, as you would need a high cap magazine vendors permit, even if you were to sell them out of state. However disassemble them into rebuild kits and your good to go, you can even list them here in the marketplace.Originally Posted by Sic Boy

Magazines are meant to by loaded and shot with. Not much collector value in unopened mags methinks
Mention in that add that these are brand new and even include this pic.
Dissemble once they are purchased.Comment

To a militaria collectible possibly, but ask yourself is their really that big of a market of these type of collectors.
If they accompanied an unissued/issued era M14 and kit maybe.Originally Posted by Sic Boy

I'd come to the same conclusion as to my understanding of the law.
However, I believe that Lenny MaGill has enough cash and business sense to hire lawyers who will keep him out of jail. He's selling high cap mags from San Diego, but not TO California. http://www.glockstore.com/glock-fact...city-magazines.
So, it would appear that you can sell high cap mags from within California to folks outside of Ca.
Please check with your attorney before doing this. (Or call Lenny).

I would check collector's value before you open them up. It might be worth it to have a hi-cap permit holder sell them for you.
I'd Google "USGI M14 mags unopened".Rogue American, Media Mercenary.

Uhhh maybe because thats all they are worth? ($30 is the going rate) Not to mention that since you are in possession of someone else's magazines, you are in violation of the law. Your father is not allowed to give them to you.
Basically, you just posted an illegal act. YOU can not possess or sell your fathers assembled mags. Your father needs to make them parts kits first.Last edited by taperxz; 10-01-2013, 8:52 AM.Comment

who said his Dad "gave" them to him? Maybe he is posting for his non-internet savy Dad? Seeing as he refererd to them as his Father's mags and not his.

Not true, "Possesion" of Hi-cap magazines is not illegal.Last edited by Ed_Hazard; 10-01-2013, 9:13 AM.Originally Posted by Sic Boy
