have you considered to have a small under bed safe so you have you easy access to a few guns. and a traditional up right safe for the rest. you'd get easy access and good security.

OP have you considered storing your guns in multiple locations rather that all together?
I've got two or these (one in the bedroom and one in the family room)

I ended up with a 32 gun floor standing safe I got in the Black Friday sales. I had a lot more to put in it than I recognized. Glad I went floor standing to be honest. I had to move things around to make it work but it was the better choice for me.

This. Just keep what you need close by. V-line wall safes are nice quick access.

I was also looking for a underbed unit. I purchased a MonsterVault for several reasons.

1. Have you seen the prices for Wardog or Truck Vault? Not to mention Wardog charges an additional $600 for home delivery.
2. The construction is great for the money in comparison to the two above. Truck Vault is partially wood (really).
3. It is nice to talk to the owner of the company (Steve).

I wonder if all the crap talkers ever had one, knew of one to fail, or knew of someone who had one who said one failed. Has anyone ever tried testing a wardog for failure? Is the wardog 4x harder to defeat since it costs 4x as much. As far as breaking into one goes, no safe in this price range or more for that matter can stop someone who is determined.

By the way I have been a cop for 25 years and have seen very "secure" safes defeated. Its always been someone familiar to the vic and practically an inside job. Never have I seen a random unknown intruder to have the tools and take the time to force entry into even medium duty safes. Not a single issue with mine in over a year of ownership.
