The 100lb trigger pull dream

Years ago I owned a little Astra pistol in.22 short. I had a dream where a big fat guy was in my bathroom. He started to attack, so I shot him in the face with the astra- full mag. nothing happened! So I retreated, grabbed a knife, and woke up. I think that was one of the reasons I sold that thing- to shoot it and to feel the 'raw power' is to understand

I've had the 'air punch' ones too way back in high school... must be a common thing.

I rarely dreamed at all during high school. I only started getting these dreams after I started dating my, now, fiancee and her ex boyfriend started making threats. I think it has more of a fear of not being able to protect her than anything actually 'wrong' with me. I'm hoping once I get everything in order and get around to getting my CCW the dreams will go away.
