I wasn't pleased with it but I was getting a very good deal on a new handgun so I let it ride. Even though I can deal with Spanish reading/writing/speaking at a very low level I think English being the official language is the way to go. I think there is nothing racist about that, it just makes sense. I do admire most people that can speak multiple languages well. I've known people who can do 7 or more!

And I think it's wrong for the most part that voting materials are supplied in so many languages.

Anyways can we get back on topic now?

Best to help them out as soon as you can otherwise the feds might come and take your shotgun as evidence.

you both can get in trouble if they call atf which is not likely cause there going to get looked and no ffl wants that. If they feel your not going in there supposed to tell atf and atf and might give u a call

Actually, it is not his butt on the line. HTe FFL holder is responsible for ALL required paperwork. A non FFL has no access to the 4473 on his own so it is up to the dealer and not the customers responsibility at all. Only the dealer will get into trouble for this one. The customer us responsible IF he fills out the 4473 and enters false information. FFL didn't get the custoner to fill out and sign a 4473 it is ALL the dealers fault and liability.

My issues was taken care of as well. The owner threw in a free dros fee as well on a gun I had purchased. I didn't ask for it or expect it, we all make mistakes, but that was nice.
