Anyway, I really hate to break it to you but, people like you (the first time gun owner who waited until a panic to buy a gun) are the main reason that stores are having problems keeping stock on their shelves. Since Sandy Hook, I've purchased 1 box of 333 rounds of .22lr and 3 cases of 12g. But, I've given away thousands of rounds of .22lr and let friends and strangers shoot probably another 300-1000 rounds of centerfire ammo, up to and including 50BMG, at the range. I've got another couple of years worth of ammo to go before I feel the pinch. So, don't blame old gun owners who stockpile ammo or retail outlets for your problem. Blame yourself and those like you for the problem. Sorry, that's just the truth. I don't have anything against you personally. Hell, what is your general location? Maybe I can help you procure some ammo.
Jesus Christ, man! Back off him! Not everybody was born with a gun in his hand. For most of us, we buy our first gun when we can afford it and when circumstances are such that you can own one. Has it never occurred to you that maybe he only just reached an age where he could legally buy a gun in the first place?

Why the hell are you so hard on somebody when you have no idea what his background is? People are born in this country every day. What does that mean? People turn 18 every day, they turn 21 every day, and I'd be willing to bet that a new person buys their first gun every day. It will always be that way. Even aside from age, there's a lot of reasons why someone might only just now be buying their first gun. Sure it's annoying that a lot of people are in a panic and supplies are limited right now, but look how much of an *** you are for trying to strike someone down just for joining the party! Did you think that you were the only one allowed to own a firearm just because you've owned one since before the panic? Jesus, man, you could try thanking the guy for joining your side instead of going anti. If he encounters many more people like you, I wouldn't be surprised if he did!

My dayum some of you people are so damn full of yourselves
My life may not be worth the mere firearms, but should it ever really come down to it, my life is worth the freedom. The only reason you and I have the freedom we have is because someone else put their life on the line, knowing that it's not just about the guns.
No one is free until everyone is free. If you champion your own rights, but won't stand up for the rights of others, you're no better than those who wish to take our rights away.

All the Dicks stores around here don't carry anything gun related. Not sure if any of the so cal stores have ammo.
I know the one in Escondido has NO hunting stuff, no ammo, no safes, no guns; strictly fishing, bowling and "ball"sports!!
