    Shooting Gallery in Vacaville

Hi, does anyone know what happened to the Shooting Gallery at Vacaville? I went there last Sunday to shoot and the doors were locked and a sign that says "Closed for Business" was taped outside.

Anyone knows the story why they're closed shop? Are there new owners that will re-open the range? Man, I've been shooting there for years and got some of my best gun purchases there too!

The last time I was in there I was looking for a reloading die and the stock they had on hand was really thinned out. I mean big time. No reloading supplies, handful of safes, only holsters on the wall were the ones that never sold from years ago, etc.

Competition from Guns Fishing and Other Stuff affecting em? Not sure. Will have to swing by on my way to work and see if anything has changed.

I was by there today to do a transfer and they were closed. I went to guns and fishing and the staff from the shooting gallery was all there working. They said it was closed and a done deal.

I found some great pieces at that store.

My first trip to the range and experience with firearms was there at the shooting gallery.

Thats really too bad. They were friendly and helpful with good prices, too. I had heard talk they were closing for a while and I guess it finally happened.

That's a shame; The Shooting Gallery was the first place I ever fired a gun .

That sucks for The Shooting Gallery. I started my love for guns there with my first purchase and shooting trips. Always had friendly service with them.

Wow..that really sucks. It was a nice place to find older S&W's. I enjoyed making the occasional mid-week trip up from San Francisco to hit TSG and a few others on my way to Sacramento.

Glad to hear the sales folks have landed softly at another establishment.

Hopefully some ones will buy their facility and start a new business soon then we can shoot overthere again.

Got some good deals there myself. I am sorry to see them go. Glad sales staff found other work.

That's too bad. I should have shopped there more.

The customer service was nice and professional. Pity.
