I've never bought a value pak. Is it loose ammo in a box, or individually boxed/50 rounds?

If it's not individually boxed 50 rounders, I would count out 50 rounds in my hand and guesstimate x10 on the remaining rounds in the container. I wouldn't waste the time to count it all. It's a rim fire for god sakes! At around $20, someone would have to be a serious duchebag to cheat you for literally a few dollars.

Shake them too. Sometimes there are those that will pull a bullet and pinch a little powder out.

If you started counting rounds of ammo I was going to sell you FTF, I'd pack it up and say forget it.

I don't buy and sell on CG to make money or screw people, I do it because it's fun being part of the community.
when you find someone having fun being part of the community that is selling ammo at a fair price and not at least doubling the price they paid let me know~

If you find a member of the commune selling ammunition at free market prices instead of fair market prices, just let your ward boss know and the filthy capitalist will be dealt with accordingly.

Now someone is going to complain that they aren't a communist while griping about a free market.

I wouldn't buy an opened container of bulk ammo. Why would they open it if they weren't going to shoot some?

Likewise if somebody wanted to open a sealed container and count the contents before buying it I'd treat that just like the store. You opened it, you bought it...

Just be a boss like Rain Man and dump them on floor and count them that way. Faster then doing it 1 at a time.
