Some people can do that without ramping. They're the people who have put in the time and effort train their fingers to move that fast. They're also the one's who complain when the paintball leagues (NPPL, i think) allow ramping modes.

The stock trigger pull weight on a Spyder (A really entry-level electronic paintball marker. Think the RIA for 1911's.) is 250 grams. And it is very common for people to switch out for a 25 or 50 gram switch.

    50 grams = 0.1 pound

Yeah, that'd be a dangerous trigger weight on a firearm with recoil. You'd probably end up bumpfiring on accident.

I beg to differ... look at his fingers and surrounding movement. Its FF no doubt.

Trigger? More like an air actuator. Add a full set of fire control parts then see if it'll work...

ahh.. this brings me back to my days with the mamba IR3. damn thing was so advanced, you could actually E-Send fire control settings between two individual paintball markers.

i used a halo B on it and easily achieved upwards of 26bps

Umm, is there a legal minimum for trigger pull? I don't recall this being an issue.

I believe it is more a matter of safety.

One shot per pull of the trigger, that's all that is mandated by the law.. I don't belive trigger weight is legislated.

When you pulled the trigger it would go boom and then catch the hammer, then when you let off the trigger it would go boom again and catch the hammer.... 1 shot per cycle of the trigger, 100% legal but probably not too safe (forget its there and shoot someone letting off the trigger lol )
There is also an ATF letter stating that it is legal. IIRC you used a tooth pick.

I still say that first vid is sped up. The movements are to fast and jerky. It could just be the video quality, the speed sounds reasonable but tinny. I don't think the alias is ramping, just bouncy. The ego's on uncapped ramp, and damn fast.
I think the kind of platform that would really benefit from this would something like a 1919. Supposing a guy had preban links with the tripod and spade grip with and E-trigger set up on one of them you could melt barrels just as fast as the real thing!
