    Price gouging all around me

Anyone else notice the extreme price jacking, not only at stores but even in the forums?

I don't complain very often but when you ask over 1000 for a handgun that was 600 brand new just a few months ago; or over 2000 for a rifle that was around 1000 a few months ago, there's something wrong...

Not to mention the only boxes of ammo I can find on shelves is either .243win or .410

Sorry but I just had to vent.
Let me guess... this isn't about the alcohol or tobacco.

Full retard is alive and well.

It's not gouging if they can get the price. Then it's just capitalism.

If it doesn't sell and the guy brings the price down, maybe it will be yours.

If someone whose switch is still on full retard buys it for the butt-rape price, just be glad you didn't take it in the shorts.

Basically, it is what it is.

I sold my house for 150k more than I paid for it. Was I gouging or was it price appreciation due to demand?

As long as there are fools willing to part with the money this will continue, and after ammo starts showing up again at stores don't think the retailers are going to go back to the pre-hype prices either. In short, those that are paying these prices are setting the tone for future retail prices.

Now that said, anyone want to buy some bricks of .22 for $100.00 each?

Last I checked they weren't putting new restrictions on house purchases.
They also weren't banning certain types of houses.
