    Time to resurrect a dead thread

    Back in April 2013 I purchased a Burris 2-7x32mm Ballistic Plex Scout Scope through Optics Planet via Amazon. At the time of purchase it was in stock. A few days later I received a notice from OP that the item was back ordered and I would have to wait 5 - 10 days. 10 days pass and I called because my order hadn't shipped. The guy told me that I was something like 30th in line and that I would have to wait another 20 days. I was patient and waited the extra time. I called this Monday and was told that the item was going to be shipped the next day. Day after, no shipping notification. I called this morning and the lady tells me that the new ETA is mid June and even had the nerve to say to me that I should call Burris and ask them what's up.

    I love Amazon they rock. OpticsPlanet sucks. I will never do business with them again purely because of the fact that they continued to give me BS dates for shipping my order. Jerking a customer around is a sure way to loose them. I don't really care that Burris kept pushing back the ETA, I'm understanding about mfg delays, if that's even true. If it is, Optics Planet should have been smart enough to say that they don't have a reliable ETA and could have offered to email me when one did become available.

    Anyone know where I can find one of these? :P

      That sucks. My experience has always been great, never once a problem.
