        Penal Code needs some updating. Anybody driving a car with an airbag in it is guilty of a felony.

        War is when your Government tells you who the enemy is......

        Revolution is when you figure it out for yourself.

            It's probably going to be one of those "spirit of the law v. wording" BS cases.

            I always feel terrible for the person who ends up being the test case. Even if they win in court they somehow still loose in the end-

              emergency gear and safety devices have exclusions in all laws...use a cars airbag for anything else and yes...its an illegal explosive.

                No exclusions for emergency gear or safety devices here. Unless I missed it somehow.

                    Not every criminal arrest and prosecution makes it into the media, and some people are smart enough to not post about doing things illegal. You'd have to ask Bill if you want the specifics, although I suspect he'll decline providing them so as to respect that member's privacy.
