I don't get it. There are a lot of people that don't have a car reg or bills in their name. Just use your lease agreement. If you're living with parents just have them write one up for you. Jury notice won't work and even some utility bills won't work. For instance Southern California Edison bills don't work because they're private but la dwp will. Save yourself the headache and use your lease agreement
