Are those pic of a poly lower that failed on you? or are they pics you found from the interwebs?

My NFA is FREAKIN AWESOME!!!!.....2000+ rounds through it without a hitch, regardless of ammo used, and I don't baby My guns. This thing has had dirt and mud all in it and came out grinnin!

If you got an issue with them, then here's an idea.....DON'T F#@KING BUY ONE!!!!

I have never owned one because I'm not cheap, desperate, or stupid. There's too much molding flash, the pivot & takedown pins flex too much, the LPK is crap, the BB fitment sucks, the fit is overly tight, they break, and they are terrible value. Every one I've ever seen in stores was just garbage.

I'm sure some of them hold up, but I know a lot of them don't. Go on ar15.com & read all the threads about them. Plenty of issues, broken takedown bosses, plastic hammers breaking, buffer tube breaking, Tight pins. I'm gonna say no. A good guarantee on a crappy product is worthless to me.

Found the super lightweight build I was talking about.

My girlfriend's DI AR15 weighting at 4lbs and 14oz.
highlights:
Bushmaster Carbon upper = 3.8oz
DD pencil barrel 1:7" twist 14.5" carbine barrel = 20.5oz
Apex machining 9" tube = 10oz
JP LMOS bolt carrier group and buffer = 8.5oz + 3.5oz

Wow, I actually really like that build. Lightweight and minimalist. What was the total cost on that?

Just finished building one yesterday with a FMK lower I got from the NRA dinner. This is my first polymer lower and it's alright. If I was only going to own one AR, I'd spend the extra money on the high quality 5.56 lowers. I have an extra Stag lower in the event this one fails.
