I was replying to your first post about maybe having a pistol lower which has absolutely nothing to do with the pictures posted. Also I did not jump to any conclusions however unlikely it is that this person has the apropriate stamp for that rifle. Reading comprehension must be eluding you today.

You got me confused with another poster. I never posted about a pistol and I only made one post. My comprehension is fine. I just don't assume firearms are illegal if I don't know all the facts.

The sales pitch almost sounds like someone who has a SBR stamp and is definitely familiar with the laws. It could also be someone who has the correct FFL that can have DD's and can get a permit to have SBR's. For someone who sounds like he knows the law it would be extremely stupid to post evidence of a felony online. Especially a website that probably has 2 to 3 ATF agents dedicated to monitoring it.
