It absolutely is... However, this does not appear to be a planned act., this was a senseless, random act of violence. The victims were going west bound and the gunmen east. And that area is very dark when driving at night.

If it was road rage, and the victims were hit by stray rounds from the gunmen shooting at a vehicle traveling in the same direction, that even more tragic. An idiot with a gun is bad, but an idiot with no aim, is more dangerous (takes out more innocent people).

I live on Richmond Pkwy, between the 2 shootings. I was working on my tactics (playing R6V2, now that's the real drug) during this recent incident.

Safety locks? You'll pull the trigger with a lock on, and I'll pull the trigger. We'll see who wins." -- Sammy "The Bull" Gravano

Is it against the law to shoot from a moving car trying to protect yourself if you have a CCW?
Unless you have a head-mounted gun controlled by brain wave, you can stomp on the gas or brakes, swerve, or any number of things faster and better than trying to duck and weave and aim and shoot back while driving.

Stop trying to drag CCW into every possible situation regardless of how useful it is. Start thinking of the best solution and you'll live longer.

I drive the Hwy 4 (Brentwood) to 80 (Albany) every day. I log about 500 miles a week and been doing so for over a year now on my business route. I only see the popo when I'm in Richmond on MacDonald and in that area. Never seen a Pinole cruiser and it's very rare to see Hwy Patrol. I do see a lot of Nascar driving and everyone has forgot how to use blinkers. It's my opinion that more people are not going postal. Very sad that these idiots can't find something better to do than build models and kill innocents! -g

Well if they're shooting another vehicle, I doubt it's concealed anymore...
