If he wants to play with the big boys in the arms business, he better make sure that he delivers the goods, especially when Uncle Sam is footing the bill.
I figure that since he's apparently such a weapon's prodigy, he either knew exactly what he was doing, or else his supplier double-crossed him and sent something different from what was shown to him, but as the contractor, he still should have verified the contents of the actual shipment. Either way, it's still his bad.Comment
