Good training CDs, Great Garands, Rimfires and Carbines

Their Rifle Safety and Marksmanship Training CD is great.

Purchased HRA Garand, Kimber .22 and Inland Carbine from CMP. The markmanship proof and joining a club (www.zouaves.org) along with a copy of my passport are easy steps in saving money.

Just a look at that "sale" at Big-5 for a $999 carbine justified one of the purchases.

I've bought four M1 Garands and an M1 Carbine through the CMP, I used a photocopy of my military ID but I plan on shooting with the Zouaves one of these weekends if I wake up early enough.

I dunno, but you should give me any old unidentified pieces of wood/metal you find with markings like "Inland," "Springfield," etc. as I may be able to find a use for them....

            Thanks for the thread,

It reminded me to order a few more tins this week.
