I don't post on calguns very often, but do have a more significant posting history on the 1911 forum starting in 2004, and on perfect union starting around the time I bought my first Mini-14 in November 2011.

For instance, here is a two year old thread where I review my new Mini-14 on the 1911 forum rifle section: http://forums.1911forum.com/showthread.php?t=341123

A year later I added a post to that thread showing a picture of all 4 of the guns I purchased from PW&G. As I was not promoting PW&G, I failed to mention where I had purchased these rifles

Not calling BS... just suspicious. IF you are the owner or employee it wouldn't be hard to print a receipt at your place of business and take a pic of it.

I have reviewed bikes on a motorcycle forum for years. Means nothing really.

I have only had 1 transaction at PWG and it wasn't a bad experience. I didn't post in any other PWG threads. It's just the way it was posted seemed suspicious. That's all.

Your receipt is dated 8/29/2013 @ 5:39pm Your link in your post in post #11 of this thread is dated 8/30/2013 and you said, "Steve left a voicemail for me today that the CZ 75B I back-ordered had come in." So he left a voicemail for you on 8/30/2013 and you purchased it (according to the date stamp on your receipt) on 8/29/2013.

There is a very simple explanation: "Today" does not end for me until I have gone to bed and the sun has risen on a new day. It was 1 hour and 12 minutes after midnight when I posted "Steve left me a voicemail today", but as far as I was concerned tomorrow had not yet arrived.

I was not writing a legal brief, but since you seem to want one, see the caller ID on my phone - it shows 29 August.

That poway store is a joke. I asked how much to transfer if I was to order online, they said $75 plus DROS. Errr wtf?. I came there with 2 other buddies and the guy at the counter ask if we needed help seems like he thinks we're trying to steal his cheap junk. So we left, didn't buy crap nor coming back.
I'll let the market take care of that shop.

Alright, real quick. Call around and ask most shops what they charge for receiving a gun. Most will be above 75$. And i know i wasnt there and it's hard to relate someones' tone on the internet but, if how can you take offense to someone asking if you need help in a retail store? That's like getting offended going to an oil change place and having them ask if you need your oil changed.

Most shops charge a pretty hefty fee to accept online gun orders.

They live for the opportunity to be called to duty to protect the innocent. The sheepdog has fangs and the propensity for violence but hopes that he will not have to resort to it. However, he lives for that day when he will be able to use his warrior skills and mindset to keep the wolf from harming the sheep."

The only problem I see is the sales receipt .... if you bought a firearm where is the serial number on the receipt????

Every dealer in firearms I know of makes sure that the serial number is on the receipt for legal and liability reasons. Think about it if the exact same pistol was bought somewhere else and blew up what would happen. How could the business defend themselves in court since the only real document that proves the transfer of goods for money was completed is the sales receipt.

If it is a legit sales receipt that dealer better get the serial numbers to print out otherwise they gonna have a hell of a time proving what is what. Courts don't care about DROS forms, 4473 and the rest because none of them prove the transaction was completed.

                just my 2 cents.
