    FIrearem "in common use"..

I know there was a ruling from SOME court regarding you can't ban a firearm that is in common use, yadda, yadda. At least I don't think I dreamed it. For the life of me I cannot find the info here or on the net.
DOes this sound familiar to anyone or did I just have a senior moment and make it up???

Ok, I also know firearm is spelled wrongly.... I cant figure out how to correct that either....

with recent sales and previous owners out there now its kinda hard to say certain types of firearms aren't in common use.
5.56: reach out and touch someone.
458 SOCOM: reach out and knock someone down.
