What he is doing is quite illegal. You cannot sell standard cap magazines in CA to non-exempt buyers. If I were to bid on this (and I am not), I would be perfectly within the law... it's the seller that gets the heavy end of the hammer.

Just because your buyer is in another state doesnt mean anything. You are in CA, and you are selling. Illegal.
