I agree, and asked hm for that several times. It was always the same story...I dont have any extra money to give you...the wife isnt going to let me..blah blah blah. After a few weeks I just stopped even talking to him.

The fact that he didn't pay full asking price shows his complete lack of integrity.

Bingo. After about a month or so I openly referred to him as "oh you mean the thief" when someone asked talked about him at work.

Of course, kind of. Nor was it wasn't a traditional group buy, where individuals went to the vendor individually through an arranged list in agreement to buy in numbers for quantity purchase pricing. He was buying the lot, then divvying them out, individually. While not a PPT through an FFL, it was a Face-to-Face Private Party Transfer none-the-less on a per-individual basis. It was closr to PPT than a group buy ever could be.

And look at the mess he made. If I take this advantage to draw attention to it, due to not being able to post in that thread... so be it.

I didn't find out the firing group on mine was jacked up until I took it to the range. Ended up buying a SD3G but pissed me off. I' am sure the guy selling it new the firing group was bad but he failed to mention that before I did the PPT. Goes to show that sometimes you get what you paid for.

I got a gun via PPT and it turned out to have a cracked frame. Too hard to see, don;t know if the seller even knew.

I bought a gun from B&B in Westminster many moons ago. The seller was a salesperson that was short, dark, and hairy.

The frame wasn't cracked when I bought it, but it was when I got it 10 days later. I'm guessing the lower was switched or something. I didn't check the #s, as he was the salesperson selling it to me.

I told the manager, but he didn't seem to care.
