Brightspot pawn question

I have to admit there are a few shops close by that are very well stocked and I am sure I can get the parts I need that same day but I always go back to Bright spot. I know I will get what I want but the thing that is real important to me is the service I get from a gun shop. Its the bond, trust, and respect I get when I go there.
