    lamorinda,

In a way that's how they all handle business like that. They won't allow more revenue to leave they're store until UPS returns the lost items/money you ordered. Unfortunately for them this issue has been noted to happen with UPS. Although during this time of the season it greatly possible it got lost and wound up in Alaska somewhere. One thing for sure is you won't get it in time for X-Mas........I'm so sorry:-(

On another note: I'd like to know the number of claims for "lost or stolen" items that are received by UPS and Fedex each year, mainly due to their practice of leaving an item without personal contact upon delivery as it was years ago.

I've had them leave uppers leaning against the door, I had two $600 cameras left on the porch overnight. In all those cases shipping required signature on delivery. When I contacted the businesses, they shrugged it off and said "how they deliver is their business".
I for one would rather them leave it at my door than have to go to the terminal after hours. I have had hundreds to maybe a thousand packages sent from Amazon and others and have only had an issue one time which Amazon promptly fixed.

I've spent thousands of dollars at PSA and I've had nothing but good experiences. I know not everyone has been as fortunate, but I will continue to shop there for now.
