Ordered my upper just after black friday.. my card was charged that night..
Since then no emails.. not even an order confirmation.. most places at least send me SOMETHING..
Oh well.. the price you pay for saving money..

I think PSA has gotten way too busy in the past couple years for their staff to handle. It seems like they need to hire some more people. No doubt they're making a ton of $$$ right now, its time to invest some back into that company.
The products are good, but the CS and QC have gone downhill for sure.Comment

Never have had an issue with PSA, although it has just been ammo. Ordered one day, shipped either the very next day or the day after.Comment

Nope, they have plenty of uppers, send one out and work all the issues out with the shipping companyI`ve had plenty of Purchases from PSA & Phone discussions. They can be very slow with Rifles, but always Deliver. Not sure what actually Happened, but they`ll make good. IMO, Cant expect to simply ship another upper out, they`d go Broke.

I had my order forgotten about one time with them but I forgave them. I continue to order from them because they have the best prices for some great gear. I emailed them my phone number and asked them to call me ASAP as well as sending them my order number. I got a prompt email the next day followed by a phone call. They got everything resolved, and I got my upper within a week.Comment

To the OP I am sorry you are having a problem with your order. I have many orders with them and they always make it right. I used to live in that area of S.C. they have a store that has a indoor range. If you look up the store same name as their on line store, try Columbia and Lexington S.C. they can give you a better contact number if you explain your issue.sigpicComment

I hope your issue gets resolved. PSA does some major online sales but...
in all fairness they should have a dedicated person following up on legit cusomer service issueslike yours.
I have a horse in this race as I have two BF sale stripped uppers on order. I'm willing to wait for a few months for what I got them for.

My experience was they did pretty good. I've ordered an upper, two lpk's, ammo. For my upper I got ahold of them and they pulled it and switched the flash hider for a muzzle break. It did take 5 weeks to get it. The ammo and lpk's shipped right away. I guess for the larger gun items, they are slow. But it sounds like you initiated a UPS claim, so I would wait too. I wouldn't ship you another upper until they came back with any info on the order. I know it sucks. And I know what it feels like. I ordered a stock from Aimpro Tactical and they didn't completely communicate with me. They finally made it right, but it took 7 weeks to get my stock. Of all things, uppers and lowers take the longest to get... Sometimes those things are on back order for months. I've heard of people waiting 10 months. I waited about 1 month for mine and that was super fast. And PSA has a pretty good reputation so my guess is that your upper is on back order, along with everyone else who ordered one.
