Why must the gun laws in this state be ludicrously restrictive? You don't see guys in Nevada machine-gunning down children and the streets running with blood, right? I mean for crying out loud more people die in car ACCIDENTS than intentional gun MURDERS. Do politicians really think that all the gangsters will stop and turn away if there's a sign that says "Gun free zone"???

A Politician is the voice of his or her constituents and does not hold any supreme power. This is called democracy and in theory a beautiful idealogy which provides freedom to all mankind.

I was told that 7 CCW holders were at the Colorado Bat Man shooting.

As law abiding folks they left there guns in the parking lot- they honored the theaters "gun Free zone" signs.


Think about gun laws from the old HCI 100 year plan to eliminate guns feom America.

Pick on the small fringe groups-
Restrict hunting so the # of hunters and future hunters decline
Show all guns in a bad light in the media

Get people use to "reasonable" gun rules- 1 a month - locks- safes - waiting periods even though you already own several guns

What they do makes perfect sense when you understand the end goal

The first mistake was applying logic to any restrictive gun laws. The second mistake was assuming that the politicians are trying to make anything safer.
