Yep.
You're worried about EMP, get one that either has no electronics - i.e., tritium- or fiber optic-based - or get one that runs on vacuum tubes.NRA Life Member

It sure can. That's just one of many reasons to have good BUIS.Originally posted by MezcalfudBecause a Glock looks great in the case and then when you take it home it feels like you're holding a Costco pack of Kielbasa.Comment

Or store the site in a Faraday Box. Safe's act as faraday boxes so long as the outside is made of metal and your site is not touching the metal wall from within.Comment

You need to ground your safe if you want it to act like a Faraday Cage...Comment

A Phased Plasma Rifle in the 40 Watt range will be unaffected by an EMP.
And as long as the optic does not have an IC (intergrated circuit) or microchip, it might continue to work after an EMP.Internet Talk is Cheap

Nobody's worried about an EMP because it's difficult to do here. A person, or group with limited capabilities would use their resources to blow something on the ground, instead of trying to get a dirty bomb up high enough to create an EMP.Comment

Call of Duty could have answered this question lolComment

Well by your 1 mag 1 kill philosophy it won't really matter now will it?Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.Comment
