I rate it highly, the only reason I didn't give it the top vote is that it is the first CLP I have used, so I can't offer a comparative assessment.

I've found it works as good an anything else on my pistols and bolt action rifles. I havent tested it enough in the hot and dirty AR platform to comment, so for now they stay with military breakfree CLP.

I run my guns pretty hard. FL worked fine on my Glocks, but I had some rust issues on a 1911 and I had feeding issues as well. Moved back to grease+oil and my issues went away.

So, no more FL for me. It may work fine for some people, but not me.

Ever time I have tried a lube other than Hoppes 9, I had to clean the gun. As a gunsmith all other lubes are great for my bottom line good luck.
FYI: I do not sell Hoppes I found Walmart and Big5 have better pricing than whole sale.

I just bought my first Frog Lube. One thing I notice is that its solvent properties are pretty darned amazing; it removes carbon fouling in an instant.

The test linked to above, while flawed, does put into question Frog Lube's performance in cold environments. That does concern me a bit.

I've always been a Hoppe's #9/Rem Oil guy. The smell brings back fond memories of my childhood. On the other hand, Mrs. Redneck ABSOLUTELY HATES the smell of Hoppe's. Since I enjoy cleaning my guns while sitting in front of the TV, in my recliner, with a cocktail, and since I also enjoy the company of my wife, I tried Frog Lube as a non-smelly compromise. So far, so good.
