This is like the presidency vote of voting the lesser of two evils.
Failure is with the drug manufactures that have everyone sold on a pill curing everything then overcharging us for it.
We laugh at the Aborigines and his witch doctor that throws potions at him to cure his ills then charges him a cow and his second daughter when she reaches marriageable age but have we really changed from this at all? Are we more civilized than this? I think not!
I wish we could vote to ban the drug industry that spends 70% of the money they rake in on advertising, lobbying, and big bonuses for the lords and nobles that run the drug castles.
I blame the drug companies.

My personal experience with them is that they're irresponsible bastards. Not all, but at least one.
A close family member was prescribed Lithobid (lithium) and was slowly getting poisoned over the course of three years. At no time did the psychiatrist ever prescribe blood tests to monitor lithium levels.
Even in the emergency room, I had to tell the ER physician to check specifically for elevated lithium in the blood work.Comment
