What's to blame for campus shootings?

1) Easy access to guns
2) Lax campus security
3) Don't blame guns, blame people
4) Failure of mental health system.

When I started this thread option #1 was winning with 49%. The poll is now gone, but we ended up winning with 59% for #3 and 34% for #1.
