UTG/Leapers Scope in Orange County?

Bullseye in Riverside has them.

I did the same and checked them out before I bought one online.
It rides my Marlin 795 and has been flawless.
Great value with the sun shade and caps, very clear optics, holds zero.

Bullseye isn't bad. I might put a UTG/Leapers on my SVT-40 to see how it shakes out...literally.

I currently have the 4-16x40 UTG on my XT-22, but I have also had it on my .308 and it worked fine. Glass was clearer than my friend's ProStaff and it (the fullsize scopes) comes with a lifetime warranty.

The UTG/Leapers is going on a .22 so I can move my Burris MTAC to my SVT-40.

I have a Nikon Buckmaster 3-9x40 on mine and couldn't be happier, can hit flies on a target aat 50y

I'm gonna have to give it a try then. I'll put a UTG on my SVT-40 to see how well it holds up. Their Accushots have good reviews and I really don't need a killer scope for hitting paper...

I hate to be a negative nelly, but I'd lay odds that your SVT-40 will shake that scope apart within 100 rounds. The problem with most of these cheap scopes is that the lenses are screwed in to the front of the scope body, and don't stay threaded under significant recoil. Once they work themselves loose, you'll lose focus and and start getting a blurry image (if you avoid it coming loose entirely and falling off).

However, I wish you the best of luck! Consider some thread locker before you shoot, maybe that will avoid the problem.
