Was just shot towards... Scary.

Still a bit shaken... My girlfriend and I had just arrived home and were unlocking the door when I heard shouting, which isn't uncommon in my neighborhood, but it was rather angry, so I commented that we should get inside soon. Then there were gunshots. I think I counted 4 of them, Saw two directly, and heard a bullet whizz by. We hit the ground pretty fast, and my girlfriend skinned her knee, but we're otherwise alright.

Helicopter overhead, cops, and CSI on scene about hundred yards down the street. We're inside with the door locked, and 911 said they'd call me back or come to the door if they needed to get more information. One injured I think.

Wow that's intense! I too have been shot at while working nights a while ago, it scares you to the core I can tell you that! Glade you both are ok besides a scrapped knee.

Don't really know other than that some people were yelling as we got home, and then we heard shots, got down, and got inside ASAP, then called it in...

I have seen a teenage child get shot about five yards away from me. This was at work and he was shot by police, but it was a experience i wouldn't want to repeat.

Another was a drive by across the street from where I live. Luckly my house is gated, and i am well protected from stray bullets.

Yep, scary as hell when you hear a bullet wiz by. Had this happen to me once in the woods when some campers were shooting carelessly.

Ive been shot at on 2 separate occasions. Its a sound and feeling you will never forget. Glad your ok.
