I've been there many times. The new crew is very friendly and helpful. I mostly go for ammo and accessories these days.

Gary, the owner, was very enthusiastic about posting our StopSB249 flyers and displayed them prominently on the counters.

I don't get posts #14, 15, 16... who tote their own favorite place and did nothing to address the original post.

I would spend my money on BAGV in a heart beat. The prices ARE slightly higher, but you get a clean store with friendly, knowledgeable staff, helpful to lend a hand and stand by you. Complete service, not just a price point place. I only bought 2 guns from them. Yet they are always there to lend me a hand. I've had them drift a rear sight, take out a stubborn AR trigger assembly, ship a gun back to factory for free for me on guns that I didn't buy from them. In the middle of busy time. I would rather spend more for embedded value like that than pay for bottom price feeders.

The fact that a massage parlor was open next to it is icing on the cake.

Over-priced, but nice guys and good selection.

I think their selection is decent. The staff are competent. The Great Dane scares the crap out of me though. I think he might be the guard dog since everytime the head honcho goes out the monster follows him. If you need full power 10mm in a hurry they stock the good stuff. The prices though are high compared to online.

The Great Dane is awesome. Guns are a bit expensive but they have the best accessories around. I'm talking about Knights armament, Blue force gear slings, Surefire muzzle devices, etc. and the prices of their accessories aren't that bad either.

The great dane is vader, and he is quite awesome. i play some tug o war with him when ever im there. i think he smells my dogs because he always comes and sniffs me.

Bay Area Gun Vault is awesome, ive been going there since just after they opened.

They have better customer service and selection that most shops that ive been to, they are clean, and they price match, so with price not being an issue, theres no reason i see to not go there.

Valkyrie arms is a homeboy hangout now, i dont care for them.

Eddy's down the street on Moffett is much better. Though a tiny store, the inventory is great and the prices are much better. Also a much more personal touch with customer service.

I've purchased from them multiple times. Their prices are definitely a little bit higher but I've always had great customer service. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
When I go into a shop and a dealer tries to get me to buy something I get irritated. Never got that from BAGV. As long as u don't mind paying a little more I'd say check them out for sure.
