And to think a young man who worked hard to earn his Eagle Scout could let himself get involved in this is disturbing.
In any type of fight, & especially gun fights, there are no winners ..... just varying degrees of losers. The only fight you win is the one you never get into.

Thats crazy! I remember reading about this in the paper a couple days after it happened. They didnt have anyone in custody at the time I read the article and were still investigating who had done it. Am I reading it wrong or are both boys facing murder charges when only one of them pulled the trigger? Don't get me wrong, they both desrve what's coming, but why doesn't the gunman get worse than the other? I'd rather see the interviewed kid get a reduced sentence to give the trigger kid an elongated sentence. Also, the kid in the van, while not connected to the murders, should get a robbery charge or at least intent/conspiracy/etc to commit a violent crime. He may not have known that they would kill them, but they all talked about robbing someone with a firearm.
