Glad the guy was ok too. Vid's like this are much more rare than the AR15 kbs.
Most likely an ammo malfunction. Bad primer in one that had to be hand ejected, then another bad (high?) primer in the the kb round. Or the kb round may have had the extra charge of the first round in the vid that didn't detonate.

I think that was intentional. The guy at the end said he didn't know how to turn it off and if they are true contractors then they probably don't want their faces known. Seeing your hair color and part of your cheek with a rifle in the way is one thing; a close up for the enemy to identify is another.I wonder if it still works too . . . it is mentioned in the vid that the recoil spring is still in place. As for the gun, I'm not sure what happened, but the guy is fine and the only thing that blew off was the top cover. There's no denying that the guy got off easy. Whether it was weapon design or just luck, that could have gone MUCH worse.
