Looking for a S Ca FFL for an SVT40 transfer

An out of state C&R license holder is selling a WW2 Russian SVT, my C&R expired a few months ago and I'm looking for an 01 FFL dealer to do the transfer.

Problem is that some of the FFLs may not know the SVT is California legal and won't want to do the transfer.

I'm in the LA south bay area, but don't mind driving to adjacent counties if I have to. I'll start checking with shops tomorrow, but does anyone happen to know an SVT friendly FFL? Thanks for any help you might have.

Ade in Orange seems friendly to anything that's legal. When I wanted an Imbel FAL receiver he checked with DOJ first, but transferred no prob. His details are posted here somewhere, just search.
Closer to South Bay might try Al B of biggerhammer.net boards. I think he's in Westminster and has done a lot of .50 BMG transfers.
Hope you find someone as they are totally legit in Cali.
