Per Federal law, you can carry in a National Park with some limitations. You can not carry in any Ranger Station or in any building that Park employees are in, read gift shops and visitor centers.
From what I can remember from the new carry bill in CA, they won't let you carry in city, county or state parks. I don't believe there are any restrictions on Federal Parks at the state level.Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Nope...Federal law trumps state and local law on federal land.

Not entirely correct.
Please refer to the Assimilative Crimes Act (18USC13). Also please note the language contained in the National Park Service's website which describes the relationship of state to federal law (in a manner consistent with the ACA): https://www.nps.gov/jotr/learn/manag...ndpolicies.htmIf you build a man a fire, you'll keep him warm for the evening. If you set a man on fire, you'll keep him warm for the rest of his life.Comment
