My $0.00 Form 4's came back in less than 72 hours

I picked up these new Q Erector and Q Erector9 in December with the intention of having my SOT hold them until this year to process the paperwork. On The first he worked for 18 hours trying to get From 4's processed. In that time he was only able to get 7 to go. On the second he was able to get my Form 4's processed and they took less than 72 hours to get approved.

After SHOT Show I'm going to process a couple of Form 1's to make me some shorties and maybe even some 3D printed cans to go with them.

Here's my Echelon with my new Q.

I Didn't have a 22 pistol with a threaded barrel yet so I picked up this Taurus TX22 as my first host.

    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I just submitted an application and received the receipt info from the BATF this morning:

"This is to advise you that the status of your eForms submission with the subject Permit/Control number has changed to SUBMITTED/IN PROCESS"

All my suppressors are in a trust, so it typically takes and extra week or so for the approval.

I has a Taurus too. My muzzle adapter is stuck on the back of the can and I can't get it off.

I've read that those cans with removable sections will leak gas at the joints. Do you have that issue?

Quick? How'd you do your fingerprints?

                Update:

I didn't check my email, I received my BATF approval letter one day and 36 minutes after I submitted my Form 4.

You can buy suppressor through one of the big companies like Silencer Central, who keeps your fingerprints on file, after your first purchase and they'll do the paperwork for you.

Or you can use the electronic fingerprint kiosks that are in gunshops that sell for Silencer Shop.

Or you can do the fingerprint cards that every gunshop that sells silencers have.

I'm still waiting for them to throw out registration entirely.

I just picked up everything on Tuesday and haven't had a chance to go and shoot them. My TX22 is a Gen 2 and has a true threaded barrel, unlike the Gen 1. Hopefully I won't have the issues you have had.

The dealer I bought them from did the digital prints on sight. I have since gone to a livescan provider and have a EFT file that I can use to submit my Form 1's myself. The best price right now is from the National Gun Trust website. They charge you $50 and send you to a local provider, here's the link for them: https://www.nationalguntrusts.com/pr...JZZ4HGRPz29RWo

Hopefully it will happen later this year. But, being from CA I'm used to registration.

Excellent!! Ok, thats it. After pay day, I'm going to hop on the can train and get it rolling. I'll let you all know how long the E-form approval takes on my end. I will also be doing a Trust as well.

As said, there are kiosks in many LGS where you do it all electronically right there at the FFL. Of the FFL's who are affiliated with say Silencer Shop, (there are others) the Kiosks look like this.

I like that. This should be in OT though because it’s a CA forum. Probably gonna confuse people. 😆
