    Decided to do some unpacking

So, we got here to Oklahoma in August and we are still working on unpacking. I thought I'd work on getting some of my guns and stuff unpacked and put away.
I found this when I was unpacking and honestly I didn't remember that I had it. Should I keep it as is or build it up?

    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Put it on a Form 1 and build a SBR when the tax stamp goes to $0 next month.

It's definitely something I plan on doing. I might just do it with a couple of the ones I have.

They're so cheap these days it's worth keeping as is for a novelty.
