Everyone wants to shoot it. And it is made in Texas
It’s definitely a nice gun, as are a lot of 2011’s. They won’t work with Cali tho

I've never paid more than MSRP on an upper tier OFF ROSTER firearm here from the Market place. In think realistically............. resellers are overly optimistic on who is actually willing to FOLLOW THROUGH on such a pricy purchase and actually show up with cash in hand and do the transfer.

So the premium I pay is more or less MSPR on "used". The catch is the buyer finds someone with $3K+ in hand ready to go. What's cool is you can WAIT IT OUT. Yes, you might miss a good deal if you don't watch every day, but you'll only miss it against another guy WITH THAT AMOUNT OF CASH IN HAND who catches it too. You're not up against every Mall Ninja looking for a cheap GAT.

Their gun, their price. We are naive to think those that can acquire such firearms are obligated to put them back in the market at reasonable prices. That's the whole point of CA laws. If such firearms did flood the secondary market the state would shut it down.

I just bought a P365 new and out the door it was $670. HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!! 25%+ of it was taxes or fees.

That's about as cheap as a solid reliable (yes I know it's a SIG so "reliable" is up for debate) gun will ever get here in CA. It wont be long and standard personal defense reliable pistol is going to be $1000 OTD retail.

Soo................ is that fancy off roster custom gun 5X more gun than a $650 micro compact polymer pistol.

      I say yes.

That's the key I guess. Used pistols don't have the taxes associated with them that new pistols will, AND the seller of an OFF ROSTER pistol could basically mark that amount up too.

Even a cheap Staccato at $2700 web site price is going to be $3500 OTD in CA even if it was on the roster.
Before there was Polymer there was Accuracy.

At that price, it had better also give blow jobs.
