Can I ship normal Magazines OUT of CA to NV

I am trying to find the LAW that permits this, and of course all I'm finding are laws that say I can't IMPORT to CA. I'm not finding anything that I cannot EXPORT from CA.

So am I good to ship off my normal mags out of CA to (NV) a new owner?

You can ship them OOS, it will make the state very happy.
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

There isn’t laws that permit but rather what you can’t do when it comes to that.

      No issue shipping OOS.

You're doing life wrong if you're looking for permissive laws before you do something.

So if you are in California, and try to sell a large-capacity magazine, the above section applies. It doesn't matter whether you are selling it to a buyer in Bakersfield, Pahrump, or Timbuktu. The exceptions at the beginning of the sentence don't help either.

And that above section is actually in force, unlike sections (c) and (d) of 32310, which have been struck down by the court in Duncan.

There's actually a lot of good information in this thread.

Most importantly is the point that laws are written to either mandate, or prohibit, your actions. Laws are not written to permit your actions. It's not a law, but rather the absence of a controlling law that permits you to export your large-capacity magazines.

But please not that offering large-capacity magazines for sale is a felony, regardless if the offer is only for out-of-state sales, or for a lawful in-state sale to a qualified buyer.

Also please note that once you take a large-capacity magazine out of the state, you cannot lawfully bring it back. Former Penal Code section 32420 used to provide an exemption that permitted folks to travel outside California with their magazines, and then return with them, but section 32420 was repealed and is no longer in effect.
