Why should this law go in effect so it can later be overturned? Will the state refund what it collected through this tax?

I have often said that all laws should go before the courts FIRST to decide if it is constitutional. It should not take longer to reverse an unconstitutional law than it does to inflict one .

Damn it how do I keep missing all of these chances to vote on these unconstitutional firearm laws . Is there a app to let me know which closed door to knock on and at what time in the middle of the night to show up at ? . It's almost like they don't want my vote . The end goal of these politicians (and proven historically) is that you either become a slave to their wishes, or end up as fine ash dumped by the truckload in a river.

I'm trying to understand how somehow photo id for voting is racist but somehow this is in line with the constitution?

"Retail sales of guns and ammunition will soon be subject to a new state excise tax in California.
