My sentiments exactly . I have heard stories of some water districts spiking wells with fluoride to bring those wells up to " compliance " with state requirements. Water is going to be weaponized . Sorry to go off topic.

This is about where I am. Have the guns I want, have enough ammo to keep familiar with them and for a major extended emergency. Plenty of spare parts and peripherals.

"Retail sales of guns and ammunition will soon be subject to a new state excise tax in California. Under Assembly Bill 28, which Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law on September 26, 2023, an 11% tax will apply to gross receipts from retail sales of ammunition, firearms, and firearm precursor parts starting July 1, 2024. Revenue generated by the tax will be deposited in a new Gun Violence Prevention and School Safety Fund."

Will everyone in Cali get refunds when this is ruled unconstitutional?

Nope not in the river that's where the three horned schmekleback lives . All ash goes to dead man's gulch .

Yes, it's a crock of____. It was signed by Gruesom in September 2023. I am unsure where the legal challenges are currently.

Damn it how do I keep missing all of these chances to vote on these unconstitutional firearm laws . Is there a app to let me know which closed door to knock on and at what time in the middle of the night to show up at ? . It's almost like they don't want my vote . I'm getting the impression they don't appreciate my point of view.

I have often said that all laws should go before the courts FIRST to decide if it is constitutional. It should not take longer to reverse an unconstitutional law than it does to inflict one .

I totally get it, and there may be nothing you can do now, but that was probably not legit. There not supposed to be able to charge it until the 1st. If you picked it up on 28th, that's just shady.
