OP, I feel your pain. I got stuck with an ACR on back order once. The shop collected my money, told me it would come before the 10 day wait was up, and than call me to tell me that there would be a delay, and that it would take 2 weeks. To me, and extra four days is no big deal, so I said thanks and went on my way. Long story short, they weren't going to get my gun for another 6 weeks, so the owner of the store gave me the ACR that he had just ordered for himself, and said he will wait for the one I ordered to keep as his own. If it hadnt been for that, I wouldn't have kept shopping there. But I did learn my lesson. From not on, I don't pay for the gun until its in stock on their shelves

That's a bunch of crap regarding the no refund policy. It's one thing if you decide you don't want the gun after placing an order. It's another when they F up and lie to you. I would have raised hell until I got my money back.. they are a bunch of 'dicks'

thanks for the news! Never going to go to Dicks for a gun, ever! Big 5 seems to be pretty good when it comes to shotguns.
